Yes, PouchPASS comes with 12 months warranty. It can be replaced within this period.

Does PouchPASS comes with a battery?
Yes, PouchPASS comes with a CR2032 battery that can last up to six (6) months. The battery can be easily replaced later.

Where is the product made?
The main component of the product, which is the Temperature Sensor belongs to a US-listed company (Maxim Integrated). The software of the product is built by a Singapore based company.

How does PouchPASS monitor my temperature?
Using MAX30208 – Clinical grade temperature sensor, up to ± 0.1 °C measurement accuracy*. It allows you to monitor your real-time wrist temperature. Data will automatically be synced via Bluetooth to the local network(s) and/or your PouchPASS application. Reports can be downloaded daily, weekly or monthly. An alert will be sent if the user’s temperature is higher than the standard. * As per product specification sheet of Maxim Integrated

What factors can affect the accuracy of the wrist temperature?
Wrist temperature may be affected by your activity, time of the day and environment. More information will be provided in the educational tutorials inside the app.

Is PouchBAND water and dust resistant?
Yes, PouchBAND is both water and dust resistant. Water-resistant means the Beacon can survive small splashes of water, rain, sweat, a drop in the snow, or a spill. PouchPASS does not cover warranty for water damage.

Is the PouchBAND safe to wear for a long stretch of time?
It is perfectly safe and it is encouraged that you wear your PouchBAND on a daily basis, to continuously monitor your temperature anytime. However, it is not good for your skin to wear a wet wristband for long periods of time. If your wristband gets wet, i.e. after sweating or showering, rinse and dry it thoroughly before putting it back on your wrist.

What is PouchPASS Gateway?
PouchPass gateway is a Bluetooth receiver that connects to PouchBands and then syncs data to your PouchPASS Dashboard for real time temperature monitoring.

How does the PouchPASS gateway work?
For scenarios like School, Factories, Offices, Household, wherein some PouchBAND wearers have limited or no access to a device with PouchPASS app. The gateway will serve as the wristbands data receiver so the real-time temperature can still be viewed and recorded in your PouchPASS dashboard.
